The draft regional NRM plan provides information on the state and condition of resources and sets out a scheme to implement natural resources management programs and policies. Collectively, this information provides guidance to all those with a role in natural resources management.
There are a number of ways for individuals and groups to get involved in this final stage of the draft regional NRM plan’s development, including providing feedback at public meetings (to be held in January) or making written submissions directly to the SA MDB NRM Board by 6 February 2009.
For more information go toSA MDB NRM then go to Our Plans and follow the prompts to the “Draft Regional NRM Plan”.
