The Sustainable Online Community Engagement Project (SOCE) is committed to:
- protecting the individual's right to privacy in relation to the collection, management, storage, use and disclosure of personal information; and
- ensuring the accuracy and security of any personal information it holds in relation to individuals.
The purpose for collecting and storing personal information is to enable the SOCE (UniSA) staff and students to contact those organisation that have applied to work with students in developing products or services for those organisations.
Information collected is securely stored in electronic files.
SOCE will not spam, sell or rent email addresses collected through the form on the SOCE website
Individuals may access and correct any information provided to SOCE by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or directly via the contact details on the website.
Information provided may only be disclosed to UniSA staff, students and the relevant DHS State Government of South Australia staff liaising with SOCE for the purposes of contacting organisations for feedback.
Any complaint regarding breach of privacy made to SOCE will be considered immediately and action taken to rectify any breaches. To contact SOCE please see contact information below.
