The Friends of the Great Victoria Desert Parks acknowledge that the land on which it meets is the traditional land of the Kaurna People and we respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge that we work on the lands of the Tjaliri Corporation and the Maralinga Tjarutja people.

2018 Field Trips

Three trips took place in 2018:

Photopoints and Quandong Monitoring, Cook Road to Anne Beadell Highway to Serpentine Lakes returning via Ilkurlka, 13 – 24 August.

Quandong Monitoring, Cook Road and BMR 6 returning via Oak Valley, 20 - 31 August 2018.

Bird surveys, Eucalyptus wyolensis studies,  MT Lands returning via Oak Valley, 3 – 15 September.

Members will find preliminary reports on these trips in the minutes of the November meeting.  Further reports will be published in the Newsletter.

Information for Members Participating on Field Trips
