APPENDIX “C”
AIDKA PENALTIES
Should a driver have the same offence recorded for the
third time in their Log Book in one racing year, the driver shall surrender their
licence to the chief steward who will recommend an AIDKA tribunal.
1. Reprimand
2. Rear of Field
3. Loss of Points for Heat
4. Loss of Points of Day
5. Exclusion from Race or Meeting.
6. Expulsion from Course or Precincts.
7. Recommend
AIDKA Tribunal.
Note: - All penalties from 2 to 7 shall be recorded in the Driver’s Log Book, recorded onto the Stewards Report Form, and forwarded to the Secretary of the Association.
