Tip of the Moment...

When making baby food, make large quantities and freeze in ice block trays then just pop out 2 or 3 for each baby.
When they start eating larger quantities try using small plastic containers, also handy for snacks on trips out as they grow.
For best results mix potato with pumpkin, mixed frozen vegetables - like peas and corn. Cauliflower will give a grainy texture.

The South Australian Multiple Birth Association (SAMBA) was formed in 1973 and was formed to provide support, information and practical assistance to families with twin, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets etc.

The expectation of becoming a multiple parent presents a mixture of emotions and you can benefit by contacting our Association and drawing on our services and experiences.

SAMBA is a non-commercial, non-sectarian and non-profit organisation. It aims to:

- share information on the care and raising of multiple birth children
- provide social meeting and functions for members
- participate in research at local, national & international levels
- increase awareness of the individuality of multiple birth children
- help multiple birth families in financial or emotional distress
