Organisers: Contact your team well before the event to ensure rostered people are available. Enlist extra helpers if your event warrants them.
Helpers: If you are not able to assist as requested above, please contact the Organiser EARLY, so that a replacement can be found.
All others: If you are not available at short notice/last minute for your rostered job, it is up to you to find your replacement (and advise the Organiser).
