Strathalbyn greyhound track is situated at the Trotting Club complex on Milne Road, Strathalbyn. Car parking is available inside the grounds. There are no camping facilities for traveling trainers and kennels are not available for their greyhounds. The track has a sand surface and a cable lure system is installed. A bookmaker operates at all meetings and there are all forms of totalisator betting at the TAB meetings. There are videos of all races, which can be purchased by owners/trainers at a cost of $10.
Catering
A canteen, BBQ and bar facilities are in operation for patrons.
Membership
Application forms for membership are available from the Secretary's Office and for an annual subscription of $22 (including GST) a member can enjoy the following:
- Two gate passes with race dates printed on the back.
- Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting or Special General Meetings.
- Free advertising in the race program.
- A $1 reduction in trial fees at Angle Park.
- A chance to help the financial security of the club.
