How to Enrol

Limited places in all courses and some have waiting lists.

For Courses, with the Centre as the contact, please call the Centre on 8322 3591, email us reynella@tpg.com.au or come in during office hours (9 am - 4 pm) to book.

For Courses, with Individuals as the contact, please call them on the number given for information and bookings.

All courses need to be paid in full at least two weeks in advance.

Yoga teaches breathing, relaxation techniques, stretching and movement following yoga principles. Students are encouraged to work within their own abilities and improve at their own rate. Yoga can help to calm nervous tension, easing anxiety, improving circulation easing high blood pressure, arthritis, rheumatism, deep vein thrombosis and cold hands and feet. Relaxation techniques can improve sleep quality creating more energy, better concentration and memory.

Thursdays 4pm - 5pm, (gentle Yoga)

$50 per 10 week term payable in advance. Bookings essential.

Creche details: there is no fee for the creche except a bond of $10.00 which is refunded if parents always let us know when their child will not be needing creche. The Centre incurs a lot of costs to provide creche as we pay reliable workers who love and respect children, and we follow the recommended guidelines for creche provision.

Village Walkers

Join our group for a short walk on Mondays or Wednesdays at 12.15 pm.

Meet here at the Centre at 12.10 pm, for a 20 minute walk with group leader Maxine, Maralyn or Eunice. Walk the bike trail along the old railway line.

Reynella Roamers

Walk each Tuesday and Friday at 8.30 am for about an hour

They meet at the Reynella Road entrance to Old Railway Walking Track

  • All walkers will need to fill out the required registration form. If you have health restrictions you may need your doctors approval.
  • Must register at the Centre before commencing walk.
  • Dress in waterproof clothes, non-slip shoes.
  • No Cost
  • No Dogs

Parents Without Partners

Parents Without Partners (PWP) is a world-wide non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the interests and support of today's single parents and their children. We offer not only regular and diverse social gatherings, but also educational and support programs for those who are recently and even not so recently finding themselves in the role of a single parent. This includes both custodial and non-custodial parents alike.

As a member of PWP, you will share in the opportunity to interact with a network of single parents, facing together the unique challenges and triumphs of parenting today. Whether divorced, separated, widowed, or never married, PWP provides a myriad of social and educational activities for parents and children from all walks of life.

Cost: $40 annually - $3.00 per week
