Yoga teaches breathing, relaxation techniques, stretching and movement following yoga principles. Students are encouraged to work within their own abilities and improve at their own rate. Yoga can help to calm nervous tension, easing anxiety, improving circulation easing high blood pressure, arthritis, rheumatism, deep vein thrombosis and cold hands and feet. Relaxation techniques can improve sleep quality creating more energy, better concentration and memory.

Creche details: there is no fee for the creche except a bond of $10.00 which is refunded if parents always let us know when their child will not be needing creche. Village Walkers

Join our group for a short walk on Mondays or Wednesdays at 12.15 pm.

Meet here at the Centre at 12.10 pm, for a 20 minute walk with group leader Maxine, Maralyn or Eunice. Walk the bike trail along the old railway line.

Reynella Roamers

Walk each Tuesday and Friday at 8.30 am for about an hour

They meet at the Reynella Road entrance to Old Railway Walking Track

• All walkers will need to fill out the required registration form. If you have health restrictions you may need your doctors approval.

Parents Without Partners (PWP) is a world-wide non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the interests and support of today's single parents and their children.
