The New Springs Landcare Group evolved out of a public meeting held in September, 1999. Those who came to the meeting were likeminded people with an interest in: * good environmental management *community focus, & *improved property management. |

Has been the upper catchment of the Onkaparinga River as defined (essentially) by Springhead Road south of the village of Mt Torrens in South Australia. A second public meeting, held in late March 2003, affirmed that our objectives reflect community priorities. |
