To ensure the safe care and welfare of homeless young
pregnant and young women with children through the provision of two
24 hour residential units and their minimal/support and outreach/support
programmes which provide, as relevant to clients:
- accommodation
- development of parenting skills
- growth in self confidence and self determination
- information, advocacy, counselling
- life skills development
- information about local and community resources
- stable accommodation at exits points
- establishment/re-establishment of family links and support
