Morning Sessions:
Monday to Saturday: 5 am to 7 am
(no training on Wednesday morning)
Afternoon Sessions:
Monday to Friday: 4 pm to 6 pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6 pm to 7.30 pm
Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6 pm to 7.30 pm
