I was delighted to read of the appointment of Ms Shelly Camy to the position of Head Coach of Burnside.
I have had a long association with Shelly in the UK, and I know that she will do a fantastic job of working
with both your team as a unit and individuals within the team.

Her knowledge of coaching is outstanding, and she will soon build strong relationships within
the Burnside Swimming Club, and also from Burnside's viewpoint, relationships within the
swimmning fraternity at large.

Shelly is a fine young coach and the fact that she has had the courage to move outside of her home
and comfortable zones to pursue this position in Australia is a statement of her character. If there is anything that I can do
personally to help Shelly or the Club, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Congratulations to your club on this appointment. I feel the club and its members have much to feel excited about with Shelly's appointment.
