Facilities
The Balaklava Town Hall can be used as a total facility or in separate sections. ie :
Bar
The Bar is set up with a 3 door fridge, pie warmer, microwave, urns, sink - ready for your hire.
Kitchen
The kitchen is an Occupational Health and Safety certified facility which operates as a Training Facility for hospitality students from local High Schools as well as adult students. For a full list of equipment please contact the Manager. A qualified person must be in charge of the Kitchen at all times.
Lounge
Half of the Lounge is carpeted and the half near the Bar is lino. Screens are available to screen off the two sections giving a comfortable area for a meeting or dinner on the carpeted section with a second lino area for more casual interaction.
Main Hall
Retractable seating catering for 191 people is available for your use. Single seating is also available catering for up to 350 people seated in the Hall.
Meeting Rooms
There are 2 Dressing Rooms at the rear of the facility that are also used as Meeting Rooms and can be hired as such. They are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, tables and chairs as required. The Green Room can also be used as a Meeting Room. Groups of up to 10 would meet comfortably in these areas.
Stage
The stage can be accessed by stairs on either side of the Hall or by separate back stage access.
