BLISS sessions are held on Wednesdays starting at 9.30am (unless otherwise stated), during the school term. The topic starts at 10am and finishes at 11.30am and a breastfeeding counsellor is available at all our BLISS sessions. You may like to bring a healthy plate of food to share.

All parents or expectant parents are welcome, regardless of how you feed your baby. Babies and preschool aged children are welcome.
